Job Description:

The Concrete Laboratory Technician must be willing to go to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands on a Long-Term Assignment agreement. This is not a remote position..

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Concrete field testing
  • Aggregate sampling
  • Field density testing of backfill
  • Performing concrete laboratory tests on construction materials under the direction of the laboratory manager
  • Concrete laboratory testing may include, but are not limited to, stripping and labelling samples, setting samples for curing, monitoring daily temperature logs, and breaking of samples.
  • Work in a team environment with other staff members to maintain a clean and organized laboratory in compliance with QA/QC initiatives and accreditation requirements
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting with other laboratory functions as needed and assisting with field work as needed

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Must have ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Certification Grade 1
  • Must have ACI Aggregate Testing Technician Certification Level I
  • Must have ACI Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician Level I or II
