Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Belcamp, Maryland is seeking a Lab Technician I for the B Shift (Mon-Fri 2:00PM–10:30PM) at the Maryland Manufacturing Center. You will perform analytical tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods under the supervision of the Quality Manager.

The role requires GMP/GLP knowledge, 1–2 years of related manufacturing experience, and strong data entry and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of GMPs and GLPs.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing and record results in SAP.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Document Quality Notifications/DMRs/DMAs and assist in root-cause analysis.
• Prepare samples for outside testing, including environmental testing.
• Interpret data to ensure products meet specifications.
