Cordant Health Solutions is seeking a part-time Lab Technician for our Laboratory Operations in Flagstaff, AZ. You will prepare sample batches, read CoC forms, and order tests in our system, applying barcoded labels to ensure proper workflow.

The role requires strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team, with physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory or high-volume production environment preferred.
• Ability to interpret and follow complex written instructions required.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a team environment required.
• Data entry skills (alpha and numeric keyboarding) required.
• Strong hand-eye coordination required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batches of samples and sort urine and oral fluid specimens at assigned workstation.
• Read and scan Chain of Custody forms and order tests in the system.
• Apply barcode labels to samples for testing workflow.
• Verify aliquot volumes and hand-pour if required.
• Enter client and donor information and document deficiencies after sign-off by Team Lead.
• Transport batches to other departments and manage storage in freezer with proper chain of custody.
• Follow lab policies and safety standards and perform other duties as assigned.

Lab Technician – Laboratory Operations- Flagstaff, AZWe are seeking a self-motivated part time Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Operations team. In this role, you will prepare batches of samples by receiving and sorting urine and oral fluid specimens at your assigned workstation.
