Paycom - ATS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a self-motivated Lab Technician to support Laboratory Operations. You will prepare batches of urine and oral fluid specimens, process CoC forms, and route tests in the system.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, the ability to stand for long periods, and basic data entry skills. You will maintain chain of custody, assist with aliquoting and labels, and support a safety‑conscious production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory or high-volume production environment preferred.
• Ability to interpret and follow complex written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Data entry skills (alpha and numeric keyboarding).
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and carry as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batches of samples by receiving and sorting urine and oral fluid specimens.
• Read and scan Chain of Custody forms, order tests in the system.
• Aliquot specimens into testing vials and apply barcoded labels.
• Maintain chain of custody during transport between departments.
• Follow laboratory policies, safety standards, and assist with batching.

Lab Technician – Laboratory Operations- Indianapolis, INWe are seeking a self-motivated Full-Time Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Operations team. In this role, you will prepare batches of samples by receiving and sorting urine and oral fluid specimens at your assigned workstation.
