Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) in Decatur, IL is seeking an entry level Lab Technician to support high-volume analytical work. You will perform chemical and microbiological analyses, operate HPLC systems, and document results to GMP standards.

Responsibilities include data entry, instrument calibration, routine maintenance, and teamwork across lab areas to support production quality and process improvements.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Experience with HPLC systems and microbiological testing is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety, GMPs, and documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes samples to determine product quality and process performance.
• Performs analytical testing using HPLC and other lab instruments.
• Conducts routine microbiological testing and records results accurately.
• Documents results, maintains data integrity, and ensures compliance with GMPs.
• Performs calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
