Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and manage inquiries.
• Scan requisitions, organize files, and distribute test reports.
• Manage inventory, unpack shipments and reconcile invoices.
• Assist training for staff, House Officers and faculty as appropriate.
• Accession, process and distribute patient samples with accuracy.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to PHI and ensure data integrity in LIS/HIS systems.
