Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months clinical or microbiology lab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MISYS LIS, HIS and admitting policies preferred.
• Organization, communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, processes and accessions specimens for testing procedures.
• Assists technical personnel with pre and post analytical duties.
• Answering telephones, documentation, department/instrument maintenance, supply management.
