Job summary

SAB BIO in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Laboratory Technician I ADQC to support data entry, verification and various laboratory duties in a cGMP setting. The role includes glassware cleaning, environmental monitoring, sample shipments, and reagent preparation for AD/QC methods.

The position requires a high school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience; an associate degree is preferred. A valid driver’s license and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Associate degree in a biological/medical/scientific field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs and processes.
• Excellent time management and record-keeping; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Data entry from test reports, batch records, and COAs/COGs into Excel or analysis software.
• Verify data against source documents.
• Clean, disinfect and monitor cGMP facilities; lab surfaces and glassware sterilization.
• Assist with equipment calibration maintenance tracking and coordination.
• Support sample preparation and reagent handling for AD/QC methods.
• Transport materials between company locations and assist with environmental monitoring.
• Support LIMS activities and perform other duties as assigned.
