Pay Rate: $20/hr to $25/hr on w2
Job Description:

The Lab Technician will be responsible for the daily coordination, operation, and maintenance of laboratory facilities to ensure compliance with Client's quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
This role will support laboratory testing activities, manage equipment and supplies, and provide technical assistance to internal teams to enable efficient and compliant laboratory operations.
Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration, preventive maintenance, hardware/software troubleshooting, and repair to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Perform software installation, upgrades, and configuration for laboratory instruments and electro-mechanical devices, ensuring compatibility and performance across Windows and Linux operating systems.
Maintain and manage an accurate asset tracking system to monitor equipment location, status, availability, and lifecycle.
Coordinate procurement, shipment, and inventory management of laboratory supplies, equipment, and consumables to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.
Support testing activities by preparing samples, executing routine and specialized tests, and ensuring precise documentation of test results and metadata.
Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring comprehensive documentation and compliance with medical regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to support product development, validation, and production activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment consistent with company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and medical device industry requirements.
Generate and present detailed reports, KPIs, and compliance metrics to laboratory management and stakeholders.
