Job summary

InnoSource is seeking a diligent Lab Technician for an on-site facility in Fayetteville, NC. You will receive rubber, test it against standards, and ensure lab equipment is clean and functioning, with a 3PM to 11PM shift.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be computer-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Training will raise pay from $17 to $20 per hour after completion, with medical, life, and dental insurance.

Job description

The qualified candidate will be working in a very fast paced environment where they are responsible for receiving rubber from the plant and testing that rubber to ensure that it meets certain standards. They are also responsible for making sure the equipment in the lab is clean and running correctly.

3PM TO 11PM SHIFT

• Building of certain components for specialized testing.
• Communicate atypical results to managers, engineers, and analysts
• Complete and maintain quality documents.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Assist in the training of new associates.

Skills and Knowledge – Lab Technician

• Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have a steady work history.
• Must be detail‑oriented.

Education and Experience – Lab Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer savvy
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Quality experience preferred

Benefits & Pay

• $17/hour plus benefits (after 2-3 months, pay goes up to $20/hour upon completion of training)
