Job summary

Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, WA is hiring a night-shift Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team. The role involves a variety of tests, maintaining quality and accuracy, and supporting excellent patient care.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently on night-shift in a fast-paced lab environment. MLS/MT is preferred, but qualified MLT will be considered.

Qualifications

• Qualified MT/MLS candidates: National Certification in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology and Microbiology.
• BS degree in Medical Technology with certification (ASCP/AMT).
• Washington State Medical Assistant License for Phlebotomy within 90 days of start date.
• BLS certificate required.
• Laboratory experience preferred.

Job Location: Grand Coulee - Grand Coulee, WA, Salary Range: $29.26 - $52.61Hourly, Coulee Medical Center is seeking a night-shift Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory testing, maintaining quality and accuracy of results, and supporting excellent patient care. This position works closely with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and reliable results, in accordance with CMC’s Mission, Vision and Values.

About the role

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, team-focused, and committed to quality patient care, with the ability to work independently on night-shift and in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Education / Experience

• Qualified MT/MLS Candidates:
• National Certification as a Medical Technologist in the specialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Serology and Microbiology
• A graduate of a baccalaureate program in Medical Technology with certification through a nationally recognized organization (ASCP and/or AMT)
• Washington State Medical Assistance License for Phlebotomy within 90 days of start date
• BLS certificate required
• Laboratory experience preferred

• Qualified MLT Candidates:
• National Certification as a Medical Technician (MLT)
• Associates degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician from an accredited college or university, including one year of clinical training with certification through a nationally recognized organization (ASCP or AMT)
• Washington State Medical Assistance License for Phlebotomy within 90 days of start date
• BLS certification
• Laboratory experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

$3.50/hr. night differential/$2.50/hr. weekend differential

MT/MLS Candidates Pay Range: $33.94 - $52.61/hour

MLT Candidates Pay Range:$29.26 - $45.36/hour
