Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in a Laboratory setting.
Ability to validate and key orders in LIS.
Ability to perform instrument maintenance and handle blood products.
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Accession patients/specimens into the department and validate account information.
Process patient specimens and blood products for testing.
Load specimens onto automated analyzers and maintain inventory.
Maintain accurate records and track supplier invoices.
Communicate professionally with physicians and management.
Adhere to Rural Health Clinic standards and corporate compliance policies.
