Aylo Health, LLC is seeking a Lab Tech/Lab Assistant in a primary care setting under the supervision of a physician or advanced practice provider. The role involves patient care across all ages and performing essential lab tasks with attention to quality control and accuracy.

The position requires phlebotomy, proper recordkeeping, data entry into EMR, and strict adherence to HIPAA and the Code of Conduct. Equipment maintenance and reagent inventory are also part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prefer graduation from Medical Laboratory Technician program.

Responsabilités

• Performs quality control, monitors equipment temperatures, and perform daily lab tasks.
• Maintains diagnostic equipment with daily, weekly, and monthly upkeep.
• Performs routine laboratory tasks necessary for daily operation.
• Collects, preserves, cleans, and stores lab equipment.
• Performs phlebotomy and maintains records and lab files.
• Performs CLIA-waived and routine moderate complexity tests.
• Inputs data into electronic medical records.
• Inventory and stocks reagents and materials.
• Adheres to HIPAA, Code of Conduct, and standards of care.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
