Job summary

Aylo Health, LLC is seeking a Lab Tech/Lab Assistant to support a primary care practice under the direction of a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner. The role serves patients across ages and performs daily lab tasks, phlebotomy, and data entry into electronic medical records.

The candidate should have at least a high school diploma, one year of lab experience, and must obtain Basic Life Support prior to hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year laboratory experience.
• BLS from the American Heart Association before hire date.
• Graduate of a Medical Laboratory Technician program preferred (Certification not required).

Responsibilities

• Performs quality control, monitors equipment temperatures, and performs daily lab tasks.
• Performs phlebotomy and maintains records and lab files.
• Key data into electronic medical records and other office procedures.
• Inventory and stock reagents and chemical solutions and materials.
