The position emphasizes organized, detail-oriented individuals who can handle multiple tasks, enter data into EMR systems, and maintain strict HIPAA standards while delivering quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of lab processing/assistance experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card required before hire.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct routine lab tasks and prepare supplies.
• Collect, process, clean, and store lab equipment.
• Perform phlebotomy and maintain records.
• Enter data into EMR or similar systems.
• Inventory and stock reagents and supplies.
• Adhere to HIPAA and Code of Conduct.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
