Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates in Biology or Chemistry preferred.
• Laboratory experience preferred, but not required.
• Keyboarding or data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service in a respectful manner.
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture and transport to the lab.
• Assist technologists with instrument loading, reagents, and blood product handling.
• Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and report to supervisors as needed.
• Perform clerical tasks such as inventory checks and answering phones.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
