Job summary

Luxottica is seeking an Associate Technician to support lab production in our US operations. The role covers set-up, operation, and basic maintenance of equipment in the lens finishing area, with daily calibration and adherence to safety rules.

You will interpret Rx work tickets, perform routine maintenance, assist other team members, and help ensure timely, quality production while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills sufficient for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment in the assigned lab area.
• Perform production tasks and calibrations for lens production processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and comply with safety rules.
• Train and guide less experienced staff as needed.
