Qualifications

• 2+ years of managerial experience in small to medium laboratory settings.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of facilities and EHS; cost management principles.
• Previous management training; production/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of Lab Technicians and Associate Scientists.
• Mentor and coach team members to maintain a high performing culture.
• Conduct biweekly check-ins to discuss development and performance.
• Attend monthly/quarterly KPI reviews and drive improvements.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding with HR; maintain inventory and equipment.
