Qualifications

• Experience using pipettes, cleaning dishware, sterilization/autoclave, vacuum filtration, pH meter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process plasmid DNA prep orders for internal and external customers.
• Perform DNA production/isolation procedures and QC workflows.
• Package and ship final products to customers.
• Maintain inventory and aseptic techniques.
• Follow SOPs and document daily reagent generation.
