This entry-level position focuses on end-to-end lab system lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and audit readiness, with emphasis on adherence to GxP, GLP, GMP, and data integrity, while collaborating with QA, IT, and lab teams.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of GXP and data integrity requirements.
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and GMP/GLP.
• Understanding of laboratory instruments and analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with lab software systems and ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level hands-on support for laboratory software systems and instrument integration.
• Oversee daily lab activities including scheduling, maintenance, and workflow optimization.
• Act as liaison between lab and regulatory bodies, partners, and vendors.
• Manage user accounts and access controls (User Creation/Modification/Deletions).
• Coordinate hardware-related issues with desktop/IT support.
• Assist in audits and respond to lab IT-related QA queries.
