Net2Source is seeking a Sr Lab System Support Engineer to assist laboratory operations by ensuring smooth functioning of lab systems, analytical instruments, and data workflows. This entry-level role suits candidates with life sciences or IT backgrounds in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The successful candidate will help manage lab system life cycles, support audits, and coordinate upgrades, patches, backups, and data integrity across GxP-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a laboratory or IT support role.
• Lab system life cycle management experience.
• Experience ensuring compliance with SDLC CSV GxP and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support lab systems and analytical instruments in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, backups, and archival tasks to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with QA, IT and lab teams to support audits and process improvements.
