Qualifications

• Five+ years of technician experience.
• IPC J-STD-001 and/or 7711-7721 preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to document procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and modify electronic and mechanical components as requested.
• Repair and modify assemblies to improve performance.
• Remove/install/reflow BGA components.
• Handle SMT components as small as 0201.
• Support prototypes and last-minute fabrication tasks.
• Assist with debugging and troubleshooting of components.
• Ensure safety procedures during lab work.
