Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow laboratory quality, safety, and SOPs; handle materials, equipment, and samples safely.
• Weigh, mix, adjust pH, heat, label, and sterilize media, reagents, and solutions per procedures.
• Operate autoclaves to sterilize media, containers, and waste materials.
• Prepare samples for microbiological, chemical, and sensory analysis using appropriate utensils and lab equipment.
• Wash and sterilize laboratory glassware.
• Collect and transport contaminated materials for disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of lab areas and perform routine safety checks.
