Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory and specimen processing preferred (1 year).
• Willingness to follow lab policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Understand study protocols and process specimens.
• Prepare workstation with essential supplies for processing.
• Receive and verify identification of specimens per policies.
• Label specimens per policies.
• Distribute specimens to lab sections within defined timeframes.
• Centrifuge, aliquot, and follow special handling instructions.
• Process and store specimens for reference laboratories.
• Monitor temperatures and perform routine equipment maintenance.
