Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years college/technical training in science/medical field preferred.
• 1-3 years customer service experience required.
• Data entry or LIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ship, receive, and track packages and specimens as needed.
• Receive, classify, and process specimens accurately and expediently.
• Maintain sample identity and proper storage temperatures.
• Data entry and use of LIS and CRM systems.
• Provide exemplary internal and external customer service.
• Maintain departmental records and inventory as needed.
• Work weekend and holiday rotations; may train others.
