Qualifications

• 3 years of phlebotomy/medical assisting experience in a healthcare setting preferred or certification by a national phlebotomy/medical assisting organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, processing, and receiving desk duties.
• Assist with waived point-of-care testing and specialty collections.
• Maintain patient identification accuracy and handle data entry in lab information systems.
• Follow safety, infection control, and isolation procedures and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt priorities as workload demands.
