Qualifications

• One of: venous access and specimen processing OR National Certification in Phlebotomy OR phlebotomy program with clinical rotation required.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant considered.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process specimens in clinic and hospital labs.
• Handle blood and body fluids receipt, labeling, verification and storage.
• Perform waived point-of-care testing and related tasks.
• Assist with training of new employees and students; follow SOPs.
