Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience of successful completion of a clinical training program.
• The LST II must satisfactorily complete facility competencies to be eligible for advancement to the next higher job description.

Responsibilities

• Provide laboratory support for reports, data and scheduling functions.
• Acquire required specimen types using safe, accurate, professional methodologies.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and lab policies in all interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with Mercy Signature Service Standards.
