Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience required.
• 1–3 years of medical related experience or training preferred.
• Data entry experience or LIS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• May support leadership during audits.
• Ship, receive, and track packages and specimens while maintaining sample integrity.
• Receive, classify, and process specimens accurately and expediently.
• Inspect specimens and paperwork for accuracy and acceptability.
• Maintain sample identity and proper storage temperatures to prevent loss of samples.
• Perform data entry using laboratory information systems and other software.
