Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; French and English bilingualism preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Able to sit and use phone/computer for extended periods.
