Job summary

Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Lab Supply Coordinator to monitor supplies across the laboratory and point-of-care settings. This role operates the Par Management System and Materials Management System, supports distribution of laboratory supplies, and ensures returns are processed efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with multiple Clinical Par locations, maintain safe, organized stockrooms, load and unload deliveries, and assist with inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with stockroom operations and inventory control.
• Ability to handle equipment and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Familiarity with basic math and record-keeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform stockroom duties including receiving goods and processing shipments.
• Inspect and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Distribute incoming shipments per procedures.
• Audit reports to monitor quality standards and optimize efficiency.
• Maintain laboratory locations and ensure safe, clean stockrooms.
• Load and unload deliveries; operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Communicate with laboratory management to improve productivity.
