Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 0–2+ years of experience preferred.
• Significant work experience may substitute for education.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Professional customer service via oral and written communication.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs labeling, receipt, retrieval, transferring, tracking and inventory of specimens and consumables.
• Learn to use laboratory LIMS to maintain sample and study integrity.
• Document and communicate discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain client and business confidentiality.
• Maintain cleanliness of laboratory space.
• Contribute to a cohesive team environment; communicate professionally with customers.
• Support process improvement initiatives and ensure SOP compliance.
