Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of inventory control, materials management, procurement, or laboratory operations experience preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory, GMP, production, or regulated environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support scientists and research teams with daily laboratory operations.
• Manage laboratory inventory, supplies, chemicals, gases, and materials.
• Receive, store, distribute, and track inventory throughout the facility.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders, procurement transactions, and invoice resolutions.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor service visits.
• Support tissue culture shipments and laboratory logistics.
• Prepare shipping documentation and handle hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
• Analyze inventory data and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to laboratory stakeholders.
