Job summary

Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Surgical Services Supply Technician to manage sourcing, procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies for the Surgical Services Department. You will liaise between Purchasing and Surgical Services, handling stock levels, returns, and inventory controls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, reporting shortages or damaged items, and maintaining MMIS records.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with basic math skills and reliable attendance.
• Knowledge of inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with office procedures and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform stockroom functions including receiving goods and processing shipments.
• Inspect shipments and report shortages, damage, expirations, or discrepancies.
• Distribute incoming shipments per procedures and manage inventory in MMIS.
• Maintain safe, clean stockroom and operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Provide information to staff and support productivity with management.
• Collaborate with Surgical Services, Materials Management and Vendors.
