Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Certifications such as ASCP-BB, ASCP-C, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of assigned subordinates in testing phases.
• Prepare schedules and coordinate job assignments.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating lab staff.
• Monitor inventory to ensure supplies are available.
• Implement quality assurance programs.

Skills

Knowledge of laboratory regulations
