Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• ASCP certifications listed may be required or preferred depending on role.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and staff to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and evaluations of personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain records for QA and audits.
• Assist with budgeting and long-term capital planning for equipment.
• Maintain staff records and participate in professional development plans.
