Job summary

The Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, monitoring workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of clinical laboratory experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant science. This position offers a full-time schedule with rotating weekends and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of clinical laboratory testing experience required.
• 2 years or more of supervising or leading a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day lab operations.
• Ensure tests are accurately performed and reported.
• Train and mentor laboratory personnel.
• Monitor daily workflow and ensure proper staffing.
