Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in clinical laboratory settings.
• ASCP certifications listed in qualifications.
• Knowledge of CLIA regulations and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of assigned subordinates in testing phases. Performs delegated functions per CLIA Director.
• Prepares schedules, coordinates assignments, monitors personnel; assists in hiring, training, evaluations, payroll.
• Develops and enforces policies/procedures for laboratory staffing and scheduling.
• Ensures inventory of necessary supplies and tracks budgeting responsibilities.
• Implements quality assurance programs and maintains regulatory records.
