Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold ASCP certification or an equivalent credential as an MLS generalist.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisor experience in a hospital lab setting.
• CAP, CLIA, and Joint Commission accreditation knowledge is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned laboratory staff and oversees testing phases.
• Plans schedules, assigns tasks, and coordinates staffing.
• Assists in hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
