Job summary

Certified Group is seeking a Lab Services Supervisor in De Pere, WI. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee and deliver training, mentor laboratory staff, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, at least two years of analytical lab experience, and experience managing teams. Focus on operational excellence and safety in the lab is essential. The position is a 2nd shift role, from Sunday to Thursday, 3 PM to 12 AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of analytical laboratory experience.
• At least one year of experience managing or supervising personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee training for laboratory personnel.
• Mentor team members and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with the FSNS Quality Manual and SOPs.
• Process samples and perform testing as needed.
