Job summary

ESFM at Pfizer in Andover, MA is seeking a Lab Services Warehouse Attendant for a full-time role. You will receive, store, and distribute lab materials and support scientists with essential consumables and equipment needs.

The position requires Lab Services and Hospitality experience with GMP and Non-GMP exposure. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Andover site.

Qualifications

• Lab Services, hospitality, GMP and Non-GMP experience required.
• Full time schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
• Location at Pfizer, Andover, MA.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products.
• Provides laboratory support services including glassware collection, cleaning, sterilization, autoclave operations, lab coat management, and replenishment of laboratory consumables and safety supplies.
• Maintains laboratory inventory levels, restocks designated areas, supports scientists with operational needs, and ensures lab spaces remain organized and compliant with site procedures.
• Performs routine laboratory support activities including recycling management, freezer maintenance, equipment recordkeeping, and preparation of buffers and media per SOPs.
• Supports Laboratory Operations and Materials Management by receiving, distributing, tracking and maintaining inventory across the site.
• Drives vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items.
