Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a full-time Lab Services Assistant at Pfizer, Andover, MA. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Lab services, glassware handling, and pharmaceutical support experience are preferred. Online applications are accepted only.

The role involves delivering essential lab support at client locations and maintaining glassware and lab consumables under SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous lab support experience greatly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Checks and restocks safety glasses in airlocks and staging areas.
• Collects soiled glassware from glassware carts.
• Cleans and sterilizes glassware including beakers, flasks, tubes, bottles, cylinders, etc.
• Maintains inventory and levels of glassware.
• Operates washers and autoclaves according to operating instructions.
• Maintains autoclave and washer records.
• Provides glassware and lab consumable support to R&D scientists.
• Replenishes stock locations of glassware to minimum levels.
• Re-stocks Rainin supplies in stock room as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
