Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division is seeking a full-time Warehouse Attendant in Andover, MA ( Pfizer facility). Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Responsibilities include GMP inspections, material handling, inventory control and order picking to support clinical manufacturing activities.

Role requires operating pallet jacks, receiving and stocking GMP materials, and maintaining HACCP standards. Competitive pay, benefits and career growth available.

Qualifications

• GMP and quality inspections on incoming materials, APIs, excipients, raw materials and packaging components.
• Operate powered material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Inventory management, cycle counting, stock rotation, material transfers and order picking.
• Receive, sample, store, dispense, pick and transport GMP materials for clinical activities.

Responsibilities

• Read schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Convey materials from receiving to storage or other areas.
• Place materials on racks or in refrigerated rooms per product code.
• Fill requisitions and distribute items to production workers.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare pallets for packing or shipping.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed and weigh/count items.
• Enter records in computer systems and compile worksheets.
• Ensure proper presentation, temperatures and HACCP standards.
