Job summary

Pfizer facility in Andover, MA is seeking a full-time Lab Services Assistant. Location: Pfizer - 1 Burtt Road, Andover, MA 01810. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm. Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities include managing glassware, sterilization, autoclave operation, and routine lab support tasks per SOPs. Prior lab support and communication skills are preferred. ESFM is part of Compass Group USA.

Qualifications

• Previous lab support experience greatly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Checks and restocks safety glasses in airlocks and staging areas.
• Collects soiled glassware from glassware carts.
• Cleans and sterilizes glassware including beakers, flasks, tubes, bottles, cylinders, etc.
• Disposes of recycling in dumpster at central loading dock and returns carts to stations.
• Maintains inventory and levels of glassware.
• Operates washers and autoclaves according to operating instructions.
• Provides glassware and lab consumable support to R&D scientists.
