This job is a part time, non-benefited, FLSA non-exempt position in the Welding and Joining Technology Program that reports to the Program Director. This position is considered a TRS covered, hourly-paid, support position and as a result you may work at least twenty (20) but no more than twenty-nine (29) hours per week for an indefinite period based on business needs and departmental budget. In this position, you are required to participate in the Teachers Retirement System (TRS) as a condition of employment. There are no state benefits or leave accruals attached to this position.
Up to $16.64 per hour.
This is an hourly-paid, support position and as a result you may work at least (29) hours per week
Under close supervision, provides tool room support including signing out and returning tools to students, organizing the tool room area, cutting/organizing materials, inventory consumable parts and inform the Program Director when stock is low, and clean welding lab as requested.
