• Experience with inventory control and procurement.
• Strong communication and triaging skills; ability to coordinate multiple parties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in customer service, multitasking, administrative support, stocking and replenishment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure labware, consumables, supplies, and work areas are stocked, cleaned, sterilized, and maintained.
• Perform hazardous waste consolidation routines according to procedures.
• Support lab equipment maintenance routines as directed.
• Assist with corrective and preventative maintenance work orders.
• Manage lab supplies inventory, including ordering, procurement, and receiving.
• Provide support to research staff and assist with service requests.
• Document work processes, track metrics, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Remain flexible to schedule changes and provide backup support for multiple client sites.
• Assist in training new staff and implementing procedures for new client sites.
• Conduct safety checks (shower, eye wash, extinguishers).
• Monitor and manage alarms; escort vendors on-site.
• Maintain and clean decontamination equipment.
