Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for a full shift.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read/write/speak).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Unpack sample kits and coolers at the lab.
• Record temperatures of environmental and refrigerated samples on receipt.
• Document discrepancies between containers and client paperwork.
• Organize samples by project and place on carts for registration entry.
• Inform Sample Registration of high-temperature or rushed samples as needed.
• Notify Sample Registration of samples with short holding times or delays.
• Clean and prepare coolers/kits for return shipments; fill shipping slips.
• Read, understand, and follow SOPs; observe safety protocols.
• Assist in Sample Registration and Bottles Prep as needed.
• Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner; support team as required.
• Contribute to overall lab operations and adherence to GMP/GLP.
