Eurofins USA Food Testing in Battle Creek, MI, is seeking a Sample Registration Clerk to support intake, data entry for testing, reporting, and billing workflows.

You will handle samples, maintain records, and coordinate with lab staff to ensure accuracy and timely processing while following SOPs. A fast typing speed, attention to detail, and flexibility for Tuesday–Saturday shifts and overtime are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Typing speed 45 words per minute.
• Willing to work overtime.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Receive samples for analysis and enter testing and billing information in the computer system per SOPs.
• Properly handle and distribute samples for testing.
• Maintain neat and accurate records and a clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate with technical staff to ensure client expectations are met for testing, reporting and invoicing.
