Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to support sample processing, testing and data entry in a quality-driven environment. The role reports to the Laboratory Supervisor and requires adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have plating/plate reading experience and a AS or BS in Microbiology or related field; overtime, weekend work, and full-time availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Plating and plate reading experience.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identifies non-conformances and reports issues with proposed solutions.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
