Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC is seeking an entry-level Analyst to support routine laboratory activities and assist in assay execution under supervision. You will document results, help maintain lab readiness, and grow toward greater autonomy while following quality expectations.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences background, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills in English. The role involves working in a regulated lab environment with safety requirements and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant scientific experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory support activities: preparing reagents, labeling samples, setting up plates, pipetting, equipment-readiness tasks.
• Support established assay execution under instruction, following SOPs and safety requirements.
• Document work accurately in approved laboratory records and systems (LIMS or similar).
• Elevate deviations, observations, equipment issues, and safety/quality risks to senior staff.
• Maintain laboratory readiness: stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and calibration checks.
• Learn regulated laboratory practices and data integrity expectations.
